These Terms of Service (“ToS”) apply to the use of the Crypticorn AI Bot Trading feature (“the Service”) hosted on the website operated by The Useless Company PTE LTD, a Singapore limited company (“the Company” or “We”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enabling and using the Crypticorn AI Bot Trading feature, you (“the User”) accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Trading Risks and Liabilities

(a) The User understands and acknowledges that cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk. Price volatility, market manipulation, and other risks can result in considerable financial losses.

(b) The User agrees that The Useless Company PTE LTD is not liable for any trading losses or other financial damages that may arise from the use of the Crypticorn AI Bot. All trading decisions and actions are carried out at the sole discretion and risk of the User.

3. Legal Funds

The User agrees to only trade funds that have been obtained legally. The User will be solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from trading funds that have been obtained illegally.

4. Security and API Key Liabilities

(a) The User is responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of their API keys.

(b) In the event of a leak, misuse, or any unauthorized access to the API keys, The Useless Company PTE LTD will not be held liable for any resulting damages or losses.

(c) We recommend that Users frequently review and update their security settings on both the Crypticorn platform and their individual cryptocurrency exchanges.

5. Modifications to the Terms

The Useless Company PTE LTD reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Company’s website. Continued use of the Service following any changes will constitute the User’s acceptance of such changes.
